Structure composition:

Whetstone inlay: Honing Machine Head is inlaid with whetstone strips (or honing strips), which are made of abrasive particles and binders used to remove extremely thin layers of metal from the surface of the workpiece.

Guide system: Depending on the design, the Honing Machine Head may have a front guide or a convex ring structure for stable and accurate positioning during hole machining.

Floating connection: The Honing Machine Head and spindle are usually floating connections, which help compensate for installation errors, ensure machining accuracy, and allow the oil stone to better adapt to the workpiece shape.

Universal honing head: Suitable for medium bore, with front guide but no guide bar, suitable for inner bore honing without active measurement.

Short hole Honing: Honing Machine Head and connecting rod integration, rigid connection, suitable for short hole processing.

Large hole honing head: convex ring design, convex ring diameter close to the honing bore, to provide better rigidity and support, suitable for large hole processing.
