When using the Deep Hole Boring Machine, there are a number of operating procedures to follow. Before starting, check whether the workpiece of the machine tool is normal, refueling and check whether the oil mark and oil amount are enough, the oil quality is clean, and the oil circuit is smooth. Before work, it is necessary to idling at low speed for 3-5 minutes to confirm that there is oil in the lubricating part. During drilling, the bit is not allowed to stop before exiting.

When installing a drill, clean the push hole and taper handle, and use a tool to remove the drill. Do not beat the drill. The workpiece must be firmly clamped to the workbench or tooling. When drilling through the hole with a mechanical feed, manual feed should be changed when approaching the hole.

When the workpiece is drilled and the plane is cut, all the tool samples must be close to the aperture and rotated accordingly. When tapping, the invertible adapter should be operated to rotate the spindle forward and backward. Do not change the speed or feed speed during work. If the Deep Hole Boring Machine is abnormal, it should be stopped immediately to eliminate or notify maintenance personnel to deal with. After the work is completed, each handle should be placed in neutral position, cut off the power supply, clean the machine, apply oil to prevent rust, and make a record of the shift.

Maintenance of the Deep Hole Boring Machine is also important. The tightness of the main drive belt and the contactor contact of the electrical part should be checked regularly. The headstock and feed box must be stopped before changing speed. The amount of fuel in the circulating tank in the bedside box must be maintained at the specified position of the oil line, the amount of fuel in the feed box must reach the position specified in the oil standard, and the oil must be clean, generally replaced once a quarter.
