CNC Large Horizontal Lathe is a metal cutting machine tool, which has experienced nearly a hundred years of history. At the end of 1960s, with the improvement of the computing speed and the continuous improvement of the interpolation function, the direct numerical control system was widely used. After 1970, the development of computer hardware and software technology, especially the rapid development of microprocessor and microcomputer technology, laid the foundation for the reliability of CNC machine tools and the improvement of processing efficiency. 

1. Bed: It is the basic part of CNC Large Horizontal Lathe, which is used to support and connect other parts. The bed is made of highly rigid cast iron material with sufficient stiffness and shock resistance to withstand cutting forces and provide a stable working environment. 

2. Spindle box: It is an important part of CNC Large Horizontal Lathe, used to support and rotate the spindle. The headstock is usually geared to ensure that the spindle has sufficient speed and torque. 

3. Tool holder: used to install the turning tool and realize the longitudinal and lateral movement of the turning tool. The tool holder can be controlled manually, electrically or hydraulically. 

4. Tail seat: used to support the tail seat center and realize the longitudinal movement of the center. 

5. Feed mechanism: used to control the movement of the tool or the center to achieve cutting processing. The feed mechanism is usually driven by servo motor, which has high accuracy and response speed.
