The BTA Skiving and Roller Burnishing Machine is a high precision CNC machine specially designed for deep hole machining, especially for deep hole drilling, scraping and roller burnishing operations. The term BTA is often associated with a specific method of deep hole machining in which high-pressure coolant is transported from the inside of the drill pipe through the center hole of the tool, carrying away the chips and cooling the tool and workpiece.

The BTA Skiving and Roller Burnishing Machine features and works as follows:

Deep hole processing capacity: suitable for processing deep holes with a large length-diameter ratio, such as deep holes with a ratio of more than 20:1, widely used in aerospace, automotive, mold, oil drilling and other fields of parts processing.

Scraping and rolling function: After drilling, the machine equipped with scraping and rolling tools can further improve the surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the hole, scraping to remove burrs and trace residual, rolling to achieve a mirror effect on the hole wall, reducing subsequent processing steps.
